Bicycle Safety

I was involved with the Baton Rouge, Capital Region Planning Commission, and we worked hard to promote cycling safety and cycling rights in Southern Louisiana.  Many people think it made a big difference.  I'm inherently a pessimist, so I wish we could've done more.  But 1/2 ton pickups (and larger) rule the roost in the South.  We tried.  Mark Martin, Kelli Gilbert, former Mayor Kip Holden and many others have tried, and many others are continuing their efforts.

I have done Triathlon coaching, Personal Training, and Group Bootcamps.  Love doing these but I'm overbooked these days.  My summer bootcamps are open drop-in however, and ANYONE can attend and get a great workout in!
